| Michael
Sturdevant, P.E., BSME - President,
Virtec Enterprises
Mr.
Sturdevant founded Virtec Enterprises in
1997 as a supplier of product development
resources. He has nineteen years of
professional experience and has been lead
engineer on a multitude of product
development projects including:
differential pressure transmitter, fiber
optic vortex shedding flowmeter,
counterbalanced operating table leg lift,
portable oxygen concentrator, urological
pressure sensor, seismically qualified
uninterruptible power supply, expanding
polymer motor, and programmable
controller packaging.
As
President of Virtec, Mr. Sturdevant has
attracted business from small to mid-size
companies that have a need for highly
innovative product development expertise.
Virtec is currently working on diverse
projects, from a disposable suction
device for EMT use to an inflatable trade
show booth.

| Bill
Kaigler, BSME, MSIA
Most
recently Bill has served as Vice
President of Product Management for Moai
Technologies Inc., Founder & GM of
yourhomeHEALTH.com and Director of New
Ventures, Respironics Inc. He has a
Master of Science Degree in Industrial
Administration from Carnegie Mellon
University Graduate School of Industrial
Administration and a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Mechanical Engineering from
West Virginia University.

| Robert
Schindler, BSEE
Mr.
Schindler has over 17 years of
professional electronic engineering
experience. Bob is a Six Sigma Certified
Green Belt, Black Belt trained. He is
experienced with DFM, DFSS, DMAIC and
Design of Experiments. Bob is very
experienced with solving EMI/RFI problems
and designing to control EMI/RFI. Bob
offers experience in C++ and assembly
language for embedded controllers by
Motorola, Microchip, Atmel, and Intel as
well as Visual Basic for the PC.
He
has led product development projects for
companies such as GE, Rockwell Automation
and Scott Fetzer. Bob has been awarded
patents for his innovations in the
development of LED lighting
products and power electronics. Many of
his designs are currently in use in the
medical, industrial controls, lighting
and consumer markets.

| Jim
Clerkin, BSME
Mr.
Clerkin has fourteen years of
professional experience. He has led the
development of process measuring
instruments and hydraulic and pneumatic
valve devices. This includes
developing a series of coriolis mass
flowmeters, vibration sensors, a flue gas
analyzer, pneumatic solenoid valves,
bistable solenoids, flow regulators, and
velocity fuses. In addition to
designing these devices, he has
specified, designed, and built
manufacturing equipment to allow cost
effective production of these devices.
He has both aerospace and medical device
background, including regulatory reviews.

Barath, BSEE, MBA
Mr. Barath has
over 25 years of experience in the
Automotive, Computer, Aviation, Medical,
and Semiconductor industries. He has
extensive experience in product
development, engineering management, and
product marketing. David has participated
in new successful business startups
including marketing and sales management.
He has developed diverse products
including: hand-held MS-DOS computer,
medical modem, low cost PC-based hardware
and software development system,
automotive engine management system,
commercial avionics instrumentation.
Bob
Johnson, AASME
Mr.
Johnson has over 10 years of computer
aided product design experience as well
as 6 years of college level teaching of
the subject. Bob has accumulated
over 10,000 hours of designing with
Pro/Engineer and has taught design with
Pro/E in Hong Kong. He has worked
extensively in the field of rapid
prototyping and rapid tooling. Bob
served as Senior Designer, Design Manager
and currently specializes in product
design and development, photorealistic
imaging and animation.
